Return Policy
Please email us at blucoboutique@gmail.com to initiate any returns or defects on your items.
Returns & Exchanges
We of course want you to love all your items! However, if it isn't love, we accept returns within a timeframe. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Item(s) must be unworn with tags still attached. You then have an additional 7 days get the item back to us. If you fail to get them back to us in this timeframe your return will not be processed. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Once we receive the items, we will inspect them and if all criteria is met, we will issue the refund or credit.
Some items will be FINAL SALE including accessories, intimates, sale items, or free and promotional gifts.
Defective Items
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all items upon delivery to ensure they are in satisfactory condition. If you receive any items that are defective* upon delivery please email Blue Country Boutique at blucoboutique@gmail.com with pictures and details.
*Defective items MUST have tags attached in order to be replaced/refunded within our "Defective Items" Policy.
Blue Country is NOT responsible for any damages resulting from cutting into packaging with scissors/razor blade, washing incorrectly, or improper removal of any tags.
